Personalized massage therapy for muscle tension, persistent discomfort, active recovery and ongoing self-care—with treatment shaped around you.

Professional, collaborative care from Brian Groot, RMT
A thoughtful approach
No two bodies—or days—are quite the same. Your appointment begins with a conversation about what you are noticing, what matters to you and what you hope to get from treatment.
Pressure, positioning and techniques are adjusted throughout the session. The aim is professional care that feels comfortable, purposeful and genuinely collaborative.
Reasons people book
Individualized treatment for the areas that keep demanding your attention—from neck and shoulder tension to recurring aches and stiffness.

Meet your RMT
Brian has practised as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018. His path into massage therapy grew from a longstanding interest in movement, recovery and how people adapt—shaped in part by more than 100 marathons and ultramarathons, along with training in yoga.
That experience informs a practical, curious approach to care, but you do not need to be an athlete to feel at home here. Treatment is designed for the person in front of him and the life they want to keep participating in.
